The ‘Try This’ section is my favorite one. In this section, Thomas gives us detailed steps, charts, and ways so that we can put all that we had learned in the chapter to application. Indeed, this section makes this book special as it shows that whatever Thomas talks about can be applied to real life. 

Simone Thomas depicts the importance of self-loving, having a healthy gut, clean living, drinking water, having adequate amounts of sleep, exercising, and using quality products. Thomas emphasizes the importance of eating food that is natural and beneficial for our bodies. She also talks about food sensitivity. Unbeknownst to us, we might not be comfortable with certain kinds of food. Thomas clearly delineates the steps to identify and eliminate these from our diet. She also talks about various beauty and hair products. One of my major takeaways is to never buy products whose ingredients I am not familiar with. Also, after reading the book, I now truly grasp the significance of having proper sleep. 

Healthy Hair, Happy Body is an amazingly put-together book. Simone Thomas uses her years of experience to come up with ways that would help people all around the world. She includes links to helpful apps in her book. She also adds links to her own recipes, products, and advice that would help the readers. In addition to this, she welcomes all the readers to her wellness clinic in case they require her professional help. The one thing that adds credibility to her book, apart from her professional qualifications, is the way she clearly advises her readers to seek medical help in case they are suffering from any disease. The amazing testimonials at the end of the book also add clout to her advice. I really liked how she shared her own personal story right at the beginning of the book. That made me connect with her and truly heed her advice. Though, my most favorite part would be the new alphabet Thomas came up with. It is fun and reminds us of the facets of a healthy lifestyle. 
Simone Thomas’ Healthy Hair, Happy Body is one of those rare books that would truly change your life. It not only guides you to have lustrous hair and lovely skin but also leads you to a path of happiness. I recommend this book to anyone who is suffering from hair loss or experiencing skin problems. I believe this book would be immensely beneficial for people who are aiming to adopt a healthier lifestyle as well.
