Synopsis

About the author

Charles Bukowski, Willy Vlautin, and Charles Portis are some of the authors that Mark Rogers considers to be his literary heroes. Mark Rogers is also an artist. He and his wife, Sofia, who is from Sinaloa, make their home in Baja California, Mexico. His work as a travel journalist for USA Today and other publications has earned him numerous awards and taken him to 56 different countries. His works of crime fiction have been published in the United States and the United Kingdom. Cowboy Jamboree Press is the publisher of his memoir titled “Uppercut,” which is about his move to Mexico. His Mexico noir trilogy and Gray Hunter series have both been published by NeoText.

  1. I just read this novella, and it’s absolutely marvelous. So often novellas sacrifice plot twists or character development because of their brevity. But this is not the case. I absolutely recommend this book. Mark Rogers has become one of my must-read authors.
