  Luminescence Goh was born in Singapore in 1974. As an Asian of Chinese descent, despite his family speaking only Mandarin, he is proficient in speaking and writing three languages. Coming from a modest background, he completed his studies up to the third-year level and joined the Singapore Navy in 1993. In 1999, after his six-year contract with the Navy concluded, he assisted his father in the family furniture business for five years. During this time, Goh travelled around Asia. He got married in 2001, but his marriage ended and he divorced in 2011. Starting in 2011, he began writing Chinese novels, and in 2012, he published his first book. Goh has had an exciting and challenging journey in his life. He hopes to share some of his experiences to bring laughter, insights, and inspiration to people. As the saying goes, "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade."

• Did you love reading books when you were little? Why or why not?: When I was little I loved to read books such as Snow White, Cinderella, Pinocchio, Dungeon and Dragon, King Arthur, Clear and Present Danger, and Chinese novels Such as Jing Yong. Then I started to read more about the journey to the West, romano of three Kingdoms and Confucian.
• At what age did you start reading books? What were your best memories of that time?: I remember I started to read at the age of 8, and The first book I read was Snow White and 7 DWARF.
  
  My fondest memories of "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" revolve around the enchanting world it created in my childhood. The vibrant animation, whimsical characters, and timeless storytelling left an indelible mark. I recall the joy of singing along to the iconic songs and the anticipation of Snow White's adventures. These memories are not just about a fairy tale; they represent a magical gateway to innocence and wonder. The film's enduring charm continues to evoke nostalgic warmth, making it a cherished part of my growing-up years.
• What was the first book you loved reading? Why?: The first book I read was Snow White and 7 DWARF. This is the book that gave me a love for imagination and fantasising about magical Curiosity.
• When did you first think about writing your first book? Why?: It is our concern for our one and only planet, Earth. This book provides ideas on protecting the Earth's
  environment through various activities. Therefore, the story raises the question: What would happen if
  one day, humans could no longer use petrol, and there was no electricity production? The pollution
  would have a profound effect on other inhabitants of the planet. It shows the reader that when many
  different species coexist on Earth, they will share the same problems and face numerous
  inconveniences.
  
  The inspiration behind writing this book originates from my contemplation and exploration of human
  nature, particularly in the context of global environmental issues. We live in a world filled with hope and
  challenges, where justice battles evil, light contends with darkness, and these forces constantly
  intertwine around us. Within this narrative, I endeavour to depict the intersection of individual and
  destiny, the power of friendship and unity, and the courage to resist malevolence through a fantasy-infused adventure.
  
  Each individual harbours an internal struggle, confronting various choices and challenges. The
  adventures of Seraphina and her team aim to reflect our own growth and exploration. As they face dark
  forces, they also confront internal turmoil and dilemmas. This prompts us to ponder, what constitutes
  justice. What constitutes evil? Amid the intricate facets of human nature, can we hold onto our original
  intentions and pursue goodness?
• What was the greatest obstacle you've encountered when you were writing your book? What made you overcome it?: I think everyone writes something that has a purpose or a theme. I don't think I am different from
  anyone, but I try to enhance two things which are ethical and social responsibility and moving towards. I
  will touch on the green environment more in my next book or so.
  
  The greatest obstacle I encountered while writing my book was grappling with self-doubt and the constant fear of not meeting my own expectations. Overcoming this challenge required a shift in mindset. I learned to embrace imperfections in the initial drafts, understanding that writing is a process of refinement. Seeking feedback from trusted peers and mentors helped me gain perspective and improve my work. Ultimately, realizing that imperfection is a natural part of creation allowed me to move forward with confidence and complete my book.
• What pieces of advice can you give aspiring authors? What worked for you?: Yes. Finnegan lifted his face and said enthusiastically, "We only have one Earth to live on. Pollution
  harms not only us but also all habitats—trees, fish, marine and terrestrial creatures, and even insect
  species. If no one protects the Earth, all living habitats are interconnected, and our homes and food
  sources will disappear quickly."
  
  This is based on my personal experience, particularly during my time at university when I studied
  subjects like Art History, Globalization, Environmental Science, Ethics, and Social Responsibility. I learned
  the importance of encouraging young people and adults to respect the environment and its inhabitants
  by fostering creativity in environmental protection. Simple actions like using empty glass containers as
  flower vases or choosing cycling over driving cars can play a significant role in reducing carbon
  emissions.
• Who are the authors or what are the books that had the greatest influence in your own writing? Why?: This is based on my personal experience, particularly during my time at university when I studied
