I hadn’t planned on this when I awoke this morning. Sure, the life of a homicide detective isn’t always rainbows and unicorns, but any time I’m called to a scene where the crime techs know the victim, it’s going to be one of the worst days ever.
Someone has a vendetta in New York, and they have all the characteristics of a long-silent serial killer.
