  • Poetry Author's Name: Ava Kent
  • Poem: hello again,
    my dearest november,
    although you’re gone now,
    i’ll always remember.
    the air is cold,
    the darkness has become
    a spectre;
    i feel dumb.
    your sunshine is missing,
    your warmth is lost,
    and all july has given
    us is frost.
    i miss your heat,
    and your spring showers,
    especially when they
    offered up flowers.
    i don’t think you’re
    ever coming back again.
and if i don’t see you,
    then this is goodbye,
    my friend.
