Ross Alan Hahn resides in the picturesque Cape Ann area of Gloucester, Massachusetts. A multifaceted artist, Ross is an accomplished author, performing guitarist, composer, and music instructor, and has been a devoted cat lover his entire life.

Born in Normal, Illinois, Ross experienced a childhood of constant movement across the Midwest and eastern United States as his academic parents relocated for teaching positions. Eventually, the family settled in Newtonville, Massachusetts, where Ross attended Newton North High School. He went on to Bridgewater State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in English. During his college years, Ross’s passion for the guitar blossomed, setting the stage for his enduring music career.

Ross shared a beautiful marriage with his wife Audrey, a talented musician herself, until her passing in 2016. Together, they co-founded the “Psychedelic Relics,” a band that has been hooking audiences for over 20 years with its renditions of music from the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s, with Ross shining as the lead guitarist.

Since 2012, Ross has been nurturing young musical talents at Shore Country Day School in Beverly, MA, where he provides guitar instruction to students from grades 1-9.
